This meeting provides the public an opportunity to learn more about the proposed changes to the zoning districts in Colorado Springs and the uses allowed in each of those districts – all of which will be included in Module 1 of the new Unified Development Code (UDC). This is the first of three draft “Modules” of the new UDC, which is intended to replace the City’s current zoning and subdivision chapter of City Code.

Due to recent events, the Public Open House for the first draft Module of RetoolCOS will be held virtually.  Instructions below allow for either joining through a computer or call-in. When it's time, join your Webex meeting here:

The project team will present the information on Module 1 and questions/comments will be accepted following the presentation. All participants will be muted by the facilitator. To ask a question or make a comment participants can do one of the following.

What is RetoolCOS?

RetoolCOS will revise the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance, Chapter 7 of City Code, which has not been comprehensively updated since the late 1990s, with the goal of establishing a new, modern and more user-friendly Unified Development Code (UDC).
