Escort License
An escort is any person who for a salary, fee, tip, commission, hire, profit or other consideration makes oneself available to the public for the purpose of accompanying another person for companionship, or agreeing or offering to privately model lingerie or to perform private erotic dancing for another person.

Fees and Payment
- Annual license fee: $110
- Late renewal fee: $55
- Annual background check: $7
- Additional license fee (if working for more than one agency): $15
- Change of employer fee (if transferring to a new agency): $15
- Duplicate license fee: $5
Escort Licenses are valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance or renewal.
The City Clerk's Office accepts cash, check, money order, Visa and MasterCard.

Escort Bureau License
An escort business is any business, agency or person who, for a salary, fee, tip, commission, hire, profit or other consideration, furnishes, offers to furnish, advertises to furnish or arranges for persons to accompany other persons for companionship, or who, for a salary, fee, tip, commission, hire, profit or other consideration furnishes, offers to furnish, advertises to furnish or arranges for persons to model lingerie privately or perform private erotic dancing for another person.

Fees and Payment
- License fee: $750
- Annual renewal fee: $500
- Late renewal fee: $250
- Initial background check for Principal/Managing Agents: $7 per individual
- Duplicate license fee: $5
Escort Licenses are valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance or renewal.

Escort Bureau Runner License
An escort bureau runner is any person who, for a salary, fee, tip, commission, hire, profit or other consideration, acts in the capacity of an agent for an escort bureau by contacting or meeting with escort patrons whether or not the person is employed by the escort bureau or by another business or is self-employed.
