Dear One Ride Customer,
Thank you for your patronage of the One Ride call center. The City of Colorado Springs and Mountain Metropolitan Transit began One Ride in July 2018 as a consolidated call center to provide specialized transportation trips for seniors and people with disabilities throughout our community. One Ride call takers have worked with you to schedule trips up to 30-days in advance, and, in turn, work with our partner human service providers – Community Intersections, Envida, Fountain Valley Senior Center, and Silver Key Senior Services – to provide you transportation.
As of December 28, 2020, the One Ride call center will be operated by Envida who will continue to operate One Ride as a consolidated call center on behalf of Envida, Fountain Valley Senior Center, and Silver Key Senior Services. Going forward, you may choose to contact the human service provider you are riding with or use the One Ride telephone number (719-663-7433) to schedule your rides with these three providers. If you ride with Community Intersections you can contact them directly.
