Oral Interview Information

For those candidates that pass the written examination with a score of 70% or higher, instructions to complete the video based interview will be sent.  A Panel will consisting of CSPD Sworn Officers will rate the oral interview. Applicants will be asked questions and assessed an overall score on their responses.  Written test scores and oral board scores will be combined to determine banding.

When advised, reasonable accommodations will be made in order for an “otherwise qualified applicant” with a disability to participate in the testing process (Americans with Disabilities Act of 1991).  Applicants who require reasonable accommodations to test should contact our agency by the close of the application process.  Accommodations must be requested prior to taking any of the testing components. Please contact Cassie Mills for information.
